Need help with your research? There are a number of ways to get in touch with your librarians:
Q: What if the library doesn't have full-text of the article I need?
A: You can request full-text copies of articles and book chapters through our interlibrary loan service! Follow the link to 'Order An Article' from the library website to do so.
Q: I'm having trouble accessing some of the library's resources; what can I do?
A: Be sure to consult our 'Troubleshooting' link on the library website for some tips. You can also view our troubleshooting quick reference guide by clicking here.
Q: What if I need help at a time when there's no librarian working?
A: You have a few options in this case. You can always email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will respond within 1 business day. You can also consult our LibGuides, the library website, and the library blog to see our many help resources.
Q: Can I set up a research appointment with a librarian if I need help?
A: Absolutely! We can conduct research appointments over the phone or via web conference. Call or email the library to give us some details about your research and to set up a time to meet.
